Race Tips
 
Arrive for a race EARLY, it makes race day processing go much smoother for all involved. Better yet, PRE-REGISTER to save money and avoid long lines on the day of the race. Race registration CLOSES 15 MINUTES prior to start time!

Stay HYDRATED.  It's very warm and humid in SW Florida.  It is very important to keep your body as hydrated as possible.

Pick up your TIMING CHIP.  Without your timing chip you are not guaranteed to be scored in the race.  Make sure the chip is securely attached to the top of your sneaker.  If you need assistance attaching the chip, GCR race staff will be happy to help.
