beach run, shoes OPTIONAL.
Wednesdays 6:00 PM -
start in front of Naples
Beach Club
Thursdays 6:00 am - 6 Miler (7:30am breakfast at The Beanery) - starts at the Philharmonic Center
Saturdays 6:00 am - Distance Run (8:00am breakfast at
Skillets) - starts at Lowdermilk Park
Fridays 6:00 PM - Gulf
